In compliance with the EU directive, websites have to alert users on cookie usage.
This plugin set up a customizable partial to handle this feature.
It uses the cookieDirective script (version 2.0.1) by Ollie Phillips

Installation notes
Clone in the plugins/ folder.
In order to use it prepare a privacy webpage and specify its url in
assets/javascript/cookie_alert.js
