Adds Progressive Web App support to Redmine. Users can install Redmine as a native app on their phone or desktop — no app store needed. The plugin injects a web manifest, registers a service worker with basic offline fallback, and adds all the necessary meta tags automatically. Zero configuration, just drop it into your plugins folder and restart.
