Allows one to tag users in comments using User First Name User Last Name syntax
Like JIRA type - suggests list of the matching users from the users who have access to that project or all the users across Redmine.
A flag to select if the auto-suggest list should be from project users or across all Redmine users.
Sends email to all users that are mentioned in the comment.
