Checks whether installed plugins are compatible with the current Redmine version.
This plugin helps administrators verify plugin compatibility before or after upgrading Redmine. It compares the current Redmine version with each plugin's declared requirements and highlights incompatible plugins.

- Compare `requires_redmine` with a target Redmine version
- Detect deprecated Redmine/Rails APIs
- Estimate migration risk (OK / Warning / Unknown / Risky)

Installation notes
1. Download the plugin.
2. Extract it into: plugins/redmine_plugin_check
3. Restart Redmine.
No database migration is required.
