- Hi, I'm having a problem with a Redmine sy ... e office. A user of a project cannot see the issues that are private, but the other issues they can. That's great! But when I add an private comment the issue is not visible anymore for the user, but the issue isn't private but only the comment. The user should still be able to see the issue except the private comments which we use to add some more details of the issue and keep track of internal decisions I th ... behaving this way? When I create an issue, the Start Date is not set (disabled *"Use current date as start date for new issues"* in the Settings), but when I change the issue's status (ex. New->Discussed) the start date ... ired, as we would like to start tracking the issue from the day somebody really starts working ... This is cumbersome and still doesn't fix the issues with Gantt.
