- I went into the issue tracking page under settings and just hit save again. Works fine now.

- Hi, We have exactly the same issue - upgraded from 1.2.1 to 1.3.1. All existing issues with related issues work fine, but for new issues, or for issues which did not previously have related issues, the Related Issues section is no longer available. I have all the correct permissions also. Thanks Tim
