The way we are currently using redmine is: Users add issues into redmine, they then sit in a backlog un ... eting with each departmenet, who assign each Issue a priority for the given month and add it to the next version. Until the Issues are deemed important enough to make it to t ... ve complained that because they have so many issues they want to assign their own priority to each issue, because they can then quickly get the top issues ready for the next planing meeting.
