How to show custom field in add filter in "View all issues" page?

Hi, I noticed that custom fields are showing in add filter of a specific project. Is it possible to make it appear in add filter of "View all issues" page (http://www.redmine.org/issues) in anyway?

By the way, here's the version of ruby and Redmine I am using.
Ruby: 1.9.3
Redmine: 2.3.2.stable

It seem to me that the field must be marked for "all project"

You need to edit the issue custom field via Administration -> Custom fields -> Issues and check the "For all projects" checkbox (see RedmineCustomFields). Obviously, "Used as a filter" should be checked too.
