Wiki annotate is showing wrong versions in which lines were last changed

Description
I haven't tested this personally; I only observed the issue on redmine.org and thought it might be good to report it.
Goto the annotate view of RedmineTextFormatting, check lines 63 to 70 (repository files linking syntax). These lines were not changed/introduced in version 1 of the page (see it), instead their history is: 14, 15, 24, 26, 39, 77.
Just an update: I just encountered another line in RedmineTextFormatting that has wrong a wrong history. It is line 360 of RedmineTextFormatting at current page version 118 (current annotate). Again it gives version 1 of the page as the version that lastly changed or introduced the line, which is incorrect. In this case the full history is: 1, 4, 51 (where version 51 is mentioned as changed/added of line 359, which is not correct as can be seen on the diff between 50 and 51).
I am wondering if anyone else sees issues like this on their live Redmine instances, which could hint at eg. a more generic problem with version deletion or something as such...
