Following #38141#note-2 it seems like the year range is no longer necessary. I propose to drop them.

Removing the years from the source file headers would be fine by me. Updating those doesn't add much value.

The only thing I'd possibly like to keep updating is the year at the bottom of the base layout.

On many sources one can find the year of creation with an open end, e.g. "Copyright 2024-", but it is true that it's quite unlikely that we shall debate about ownership in 50 years
