Description

I have a CSV file for which I keep getting:

  Internal error

  An error occurred on the page you were trying to access.
  If you continue to experience problems please contact your redMine administrator for assistance.

when I try to import it. There's absolutely no sign of any trouble in the logs. Other csv files have been imported successfully on this site. What do I do next to debug this problem?

There is no csv import feature in Redmine core. You should contact the plugin developer.

Thank you. For reference, fixes to the plugin available in the fork at https://github.com/leovitch/redmine_importer solved the problem for me. There are more references on the web (and on redmine.org) to the original buggy plugin; you might want to update those to avoid problems. I'll try to do my part.
