Changing name of issues

Hi!

Is it possible to change name of an issue? Or do I have to remove the issue and put in the new issue instead (which is a problem if people already reported time etc on it)?

Thanks! I didn't realize that it was also possible to change the name of the issue but it sure seems to be. Now I'll just bug my admin to give me the rights to do that. Thanks again!
