Redmine doesn't manage git repositories, but if you're asking how to keep a local git repository sync'ed with a remote one, see this wiki page : howto_keep_in_sync_your_git_repository_for_redmine and links inside.

.. how about cloning git repository from another computer where redmine was installed... so that i can have access to push files...
