VPN with LDAP

I've set up VPN on my redmine server. Server where my redmine is installed. What I want is to give my client's server access using LDAP to my Redmine. So his network won't need to login while accessing my Redmine server.
Though, now I'm stuck where to start and how.
I know it might be of very basic level question, but if someone can guide me where to start, that will be much appreciated.

Your question is not primarily related to redmine, perhaps it would be better to ask in a forum where people discuss subjects concerning your operating system...
