Is it possible to donate Redmine for custom improvements

For example
- require password strongest (add option for digits and for symbol)
- add option to disable change password by themselves (only admin can set password)
- add option to select permitted the length of time for log time

Although you can donate to redmine, I don't think that we ever did sponsored development.
Perhaps you can pay someone to write a patch against the current trunk, and then create an issue with the patch attached. Although it's not 100% sure that all patches sent in are included in the following release (or included at all)...

Understood, could you point me where can I found a developer for Redmine?
