Time-based issue creation.

How might I configure an issue to be created on a specific date? For instance, I know that on a particular date a domain name may expire. I would like an issue to be created the week before, but I don't want the issue to exist beforehand. How might I configure this?

You might use the REST API and an at job... but what's wrong with having the issue exist beforehand?

Thank you Jan. The problem with having the issue exist beforehand is that I'll grow accustomed to just ignoring it on the list.
