Changing the header banner

Hello, I wonder how do I change that blue banner to stay in the header of Redmine title page.It is to replace it with a banner made for me? Thank you for your help.

Go to /path/to/redmine/settings, General tab.
Edit fields 'Application title' and 'Welcome text'
