I Implemented ability to inherit categories

Hello,

Version has ability to inherit between SubProjects but catregory not have .

I implemented the category inheritance function on the current 3.4.

It is working on my environment, but I have not done enough operation check yet.
Test code is not prepared yet.

Is there anyone who can help?

Ability to inherit category between SubProjects is very much requested.
(No.2 in vote count list, issue 11898,5358)

I hope it incorporated into the core of 3.4, 4.0.
