Issue creation by email

Hello,
I followed the instruction at http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/RedmineReceivingEmails for issue create, it's works but i want to ask :
How can it stop create issue when someone reply that email, it will create a duplicate issue on system ?

The right answer is, you can't. Redmine creates a new issue for every new email it receives.
What you could do is send the email as BCC to Redmine. In this case it does not receive further mails on replies from your colleagues.

This statement is false. New email replies to email notifications for Redmine issues and forum messages are processed as issue notes and forum message replies respectively. See eg. the following references:

Mischa The Evil The Evil thank you for your clarification.
My interpretation of the question was that Redmine is added CC to a list of recipients. So every time someone replies to that first mail it receives a 'new' mail and therefore create a new issue.
Since the author has linked the wiki article I somehow expected that he knows how the reception of emails in Redmine actually works. :-)
