Clarification on Redmine and Rails Version EOL
Added by Antima Singh 29 days ago
Can you kindly share the community support to be provided for version 5.1.0 until when? I would basically need the community support that will be provided in a date format(DD-MM-YYY)
Also, if there is no date announced/declared yet, requesting you to kindly mention the same.

Redmine 5.1.0 was superseded by updated versions within the 5.1.x release branch. Thus, 5.1.0 itself is not supported anymore. The current version of the 5.1.x release branch is 5.1.8.
As indicated in your other thread in Clarification on Redmine and Rails Version EOL and Upgrad... and as described in Download, there is no fixed end-of-support date for Redmine 5.1.x. The branch will become unsupported with the release of either version 6.2.0 (if we are going to have such a release) or 7.0.0. Neither of these versions or releases have a planned release date yet. However, they are likely be be multiple years out still.
In any case, as indicated in your other thread, you should try to keep roughly up-to-date with versions to avoid having to perform "big" updates or risk falling out of support. Still, please always remember that Redmine is open source software licensed under GPLv2 or newer. As such, it comes with no warranty or support guarantees whatsoever. We try to follow the indicated support policies but given that Redmine is developed and maintained by unpaid volunteers, we can not guarantee this.
