limit access to certain type of issues
Hello, i have a question.
Is it possibile to limit the access to certain type of issues based on role or user?
I would like to create something like "Internal bug" issue type and i want that the users with "customer" role cannot view these. Is there a way to do something like that?

I use a sub-project for this. I have a "Product" project and a "Product Support" project and then let customers access only the support project and create support requests there. Then I can relate real issues in the master project to those support requests so I can remember to follow-up.
This also gives me a public wiki and forum for my users and then a wiki and a forum for the development team. It's worked out well.
