Can not change status of a issue

Hello,
I just instal redmine.
I am logged as administrator and create a new issue with status = new.
When i right click on the line on the issues screen i can change everything (priority, % done) but not the status : every lines are grayed.
I setup workflow, but nothing better.

The AJAX menu seems to ignore the administrator role, you have to be a member of the project, and will need to have the right to push the issues to the desired status. If you feel this is a bug, please have a look if anyone reported this already, and open a new ticket if not, thank you.
