How can I get history of perfils?

Hello my redmine's friends,

I need a history of users perfils. Reason is simple: i'm calculating some values about users group by perfils and need to know what a person was before his perfil was changed.

I have to devolope on redmine core? can I make that with a plugin?

Sorry if I'm not explained very well, ask for clarification if needed.

If you mean the profiles: no, there is no change log.

No, sorry, I mean roles (Tecnician, boss, middle), sorry, I don't know how say that in english.

I have to devolope on redmine core? can I make that with a plugin?

You can't get the history of roles either, not with stock redmine at least, and there's no plugin for that I'd know of either.
