Customizing the software defect form in Redmine?

I was playing with the Turnkey implementation of Redmine, and I love the software defect feature of Redmine. However, there are more fields, specifically dropdown lists, that I'd love to be able to add to our software defects.

I know that you can add custom free text fields to these, but how do you add dropdown lists with a specific set of values?

Oh wait, duh, I think I found the answer I needed in the Redmine guide. I guess I need to RTFM first before asking more questions. Sorry!
