GUI bug

i have a problem with the official ryzom clients to play on.
everytime when a popup appears, like icq member comes on or else, the GUI will be disabled for this time the popup is displayed and bloom is deacticated too.
on second monitor the GUI is disabled anytime and the game itselfs is frozen when its not maximized.
i play in window mode
win xp prof sp2 x64
ati radeon hd 4870 (D3D)
