Internal Server Error 500

Got a Internal Server error at accessing user pages:
http://endian.secureit.at/users/5

Also the same at the FAQ Plugin...

Any help? Logfiles?

Just solved the problem.

FAQ Plugin was the problem. Just removed it and now user page is ok.
