Redmine

Hello all,

Could someone please tell me how I can assign a user to a ticket via email?

I thought maybe put the user's email address in the To: or the Cc: or assigned_to in the subject and the body or something else.

I have already read the various parts of the changelog http://www.redmine.org/issues/3706, but so far no luck.

Any assistance is appreciated.
