Blocking a content of an Issue for group or user

Hello,
How can I control what content in an issue,
is visible to everyone ?
and how can i block from someone to view some content i entered in an Issue?

Generaly, how can I control who can view some content in an Issue?

As I told you in #6704, this is not possible in such fine granularity. Also, I'm not aware of any plugins for that. There is at least one feature request for that though...
