Internal Error - Redmine 500 error

Help me move Redmine 1.1.0 (on Ubuntu 11.04) to New machine with Redmine 1.2.1 (on Ubuntu 11.10)

I backup and restore database then use old session on brower. So it's OK

But when I close brower and start new session, I can't login, it's show "Internal Error - Redmine 500 error"

Help me pls

after restore database, do you have migrate database ?

I try to use RT_import plugin. when i upload file. it gives Error.
i migrated db just for installing plugin process.
