redmine fresh installation with Proxy Error

Dear all

I am new to the ruby, ruby onrails, redmine environment.
I followed the instruction from http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/HowTo_Install_Redmine_in_a_sub-URI_on_Windows_with_Apache
and install ruby, rails, apache and mysql ect.. on my xp machine.
after complete all the instructions, i have got the followin error:
*Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /redmine.

Reason: Error reading from remote server*

also i have attached the mongrel.log
Could anyone help me with this please?

thank you very much for your help.
I will remove the stuff i installed previsouly, and follow the link you provided to install the whole system again.
