Redmine 2.0.3 + mysql2 + ruby 1.9.3 on Windows system?

Have someone installed Redmine 2.0.3 + mysql2 adapter (+ thin) + Ruby 1.9.3 on Windows system?
I have problems when using mysql2 - it is not compatible with libmySQL.dll - these are of different versions...
How to deal with this?
