Watcher in private project

Hi,

is there a way to add a watcher to an issue in a private project? We have employees which shoudn't see the project but when they report a bug there should be a possibility to follow the bug.

Try to define a role for such users. Then set permissions to create and view and comment issues but not to see wiki, repositories, spent time, etc. May this work in your case....?
