Heeeelp ! I can't uninstall a plugin

Hello,

I'm trying to uninstall the plugin redmine_todos_plugin it doesn't work.

I've deleted database, uninstalled redmine, empty redmin folders and cache and when I reinstall redmin the plugin is still there. I'll get crazy !!!!

Do you mean 'the plugin folders and files are still here' ? When you uninstall a plugin, its data in the database is removed but its files remain. You have to delete them manually.
