How do I restore 'Estimated time' field?

I have managed to remove the 'Estimated time', 'Start date' and 'Stop date' fields and I wonder how do I restore them?

I have tried unsuccessfully:

RAILS_ENV=production rake redmine:load_default_data

This is my environment:

Environment:
  Redmine version                          2.1.4.stable
  Ruby version                             1.8.7 (x86_64-linux)
  Rails version                            3.2.8
  Environment                              production
  Database adapter                         MySQL
Redmine plugins:
  AgileDwarf                               0.0.3

That is part of the problem, I don't know.

I noticed that they were missing when I was setting up the Agile Dwarf plugin.

Did you perhaps disable them?
Look at admin -> workflows -> permissions...

Are you 100% sure you looked at the right role / tracker combination?
