Inconsistent starting day of the week between issues and spent time

When on /issues and filter by due date "this week", the week starts on Sunday and ends on Saturday. But when on /time_entries, date range of "this week" starts on Monday and ends on Sunday.

Something I didn't configure right?

I am at Redmine 2.2.2.

I think not. I think it might be a defect in Redmine.

What is the value of the "Start calendars on" setting (in /settings?tab=display)? It looks like one of the two (either /issues "This week" filter or the one on /time_entries) is ignoring this setting.

Please open an issue for this, with the required info (see Submissions).
