Is there a way to link to a wiki page in commit message?

We will install git before we upgrade with redmine.
Is there a syntax in the commit message that links to a wiki page we can use meanwhile to be prepared when redmine is ready?

Is it not possible or does nobody know if wikilink or sth. like that works?

IIRC you can just use the regular wikipage syntax (like [[wikipage]]) in the commit messages. They will be rendered in Redmine as links to the page.
