completely uninstall Redmine 0.9.3 - ubuntu 10.04

Hello everyone
I would like to completely uninstall Redmine 0.9.3 and start from scratch with the latest version. How do I go about it?

You should follow upgrade procedure and remove any installed plugins before migration.
