Particular person or group in the "Assigned To" drop-down menu.

Is it possible for a person or group predefined for tickets as "Assigned to" set?

You may define categories in the project. Then you may assign users to there categories (category owners). Then when you open new issues, if you set a category, then the issue will be assigned to its category owner. I don't know if this is possible with groups of users.
