Redmine

Hello everybody,

I'm encounter some errors while upgrading from 1.3 to 2.6.
The reason I upgrade redmine is the following one: all projects are linked to my subversions repositories.
But since few weeks, links seems broken and when I try to view repository informations since the repository tab on projects, I go the following error:

404
Entry or revision does not exists in repository 

(error label is my own translation of the error message displayed, which is in french "L'entrée et/ou la révision demandée n'existe pas dans le dépôt.").

So I think it's time to upgrade my redmine version.

To upgrade redmine, I've follow the related procedure displayed on help page:

So I've copied the 2.6 release and create a new website.
I've copied the configuration and database configuration file from 1.3.1 to 2.6.0

Why this gem is still marked as uninstall?
How can I upgrade redmine to this release?
