Internal Server Error on file upload

I have installed redmine 2.6.1 running on my server.
Everything works fine except when I want to upload files I get this error ："Internal Server Error".
I already checked folder permissions and everything seems ok.
What could this be ?

ubuntu1404_64
mysql-5.6.21
Rails 4.0.2
ruby 2.0.0

Can anybody help me ?
