Error happened when I download files when the file name are chinese font.

Hello
Here are two main question need to help. I use bitnami redmine 3.0.3-0

1. can not download files when the file name are chinese font. English or number name can be downloaded. When I rename file name into English. It true out to be downloadable.

redmine said: Internal server error
please refer the attachment pic named error :)

2. Also I can not install the knowledgebase plugins.

I 've already tried many time but all failed. ;(
Please kindy refer the attachment pic named "install failed"

Hi,
1. I don't know the reason for that. Try posting the redmine logs.

2. There is some error between the mysql connection and redmine. Did you set RAILS_ENV=production?

Yes, I also use this command "bundle exec rake redmine:plugins NAME=redmine_knowledgebase RAILS_ENV=production ". But it doesn't work.

Yes, I also use this command "bundle exec rake redmine:plugins NAME=redmine_knowledgebase RAILS_ENV=production ". But it doesn't work.

On Windows the syntax is like this.

set RAILS_ENV=production
bundle exec rake redmine:plugins:migrate NAME=redmine_knowledgebase

Thank you,I tried your syntax to set enviroment as production, still it can't be installed. Also, I tried author's method on github, failed again. My OS is windows server 2008 r2.

我执行了上面的命令，结果3.0.3服务都起不来了。我也遇到了同样的问题。密切关注中。
