Custom issue statuses not showing on the list

I created some custom issues statuses but they are not showing on the status list when creating or updating an issue, although they are visible on status filter on 'view all issues' page.

My system:
ruby 1.8.6 (2007-09-24 patchlevel 111) [i386-linux]
gem 1.0.1
Rails 2.0.2
mysql Ver 14.12 Distrib 5.0.45, for redhat-linux-gnu (i386)
