Please tell me what backlog plugin is in the image

I need the plugin and version of redmine its compatible with.

Ive installed and uninstalled too many now and havent found it

It seems to be the one from https://github.com/backlogs/redmine_backlogs. Last release claims compatibility with Redmine 2.3.3 and master seems compatible with Redmine 2.5.1. Its main home is not online anymore but several forks exist on GitHub. AFAICS there is no canonical source that is structurally and collectively maintained.
