Error adding attachment at first time

Just one user has a problem with upload file (just image)into issue. He opens issue, fills up form a chooses file(image). Its shows error (see attachment) without confirm issue's form. There is no attachment after confirming form. He updates issue and adds the same file and it works fine.
Others users has no problém.

There is no error in redmine log.
Redmine version 3.3.0.stable
Custumer use IE 11 (Win 7)

Any advice?

This might just be a temporarily connection issue. Check your logs to see if something is going wrong on the server side.

I had checked our logs twice. There were no errors/information about wrong uploades files registered. There are information about successfully uploads from second try only.
