How can I serve html project docs from Redmine?

Added by Chris Dew about 15 years ago

My projects have (sphinx) generated html documentation (multiple files and directories). I want to make the documentation available in the projects.

I have already written a script to add the html docs to the subversion repository and check them in, but the html files can only be downloaded, rather than served, by Redmine.

How do other Redmine users make their project documentation available within the project.

Is there a way to tell Redmine to 'serve' the repository files, rather than just making them available to download?

Thanks,

Chris,

You are probably searching for something like the Embedded-plugin... That plugin lets you embed HTML files (eg. documentation, test reports...) in your projects.

Thanks, that looks like just the thing. I'll give it a try next week.

If you want to see a demo of it, I have it running on my Budget plugin project. The HTML is really old (Generated on Wed Jul 23) but I'm working on a way to automate the generation on my build server.
