REST API - How to use Search ?

Hello, i am working on a new project and I wanted to use Redmine Rest API to search over wiki, issues...

Does anyone knows how to use search API ?

Environment:
Redmine version 3.3.2.stable
Ruby version 2.2.6-p396 (2016-11-15) [x86_64-linux]
Rails version 4.2.7.1
Environment production
Database adapter Mysql2
SCM:
Subversion 1.8.10
Mercurial 3.1.2
Bazaar 2.7.0

Filesystem
Redmine plugins:
planner 0.5
redmine_agile 1.4.2
redmine_checklists 3.1.5
