E-mail notification and E-mail configuration

Hi All,

I am using

Environment:

Redmine version:3.2.1.stable
Ruby version :2.3.1-p112(2016-04-26)[x86_64-linux-gnu]
Rails version :4.2.6
Environment:production
Database adapter :Mysql12
SCM:
Git:2.7.4
Filesystem
Redmine plugins:
no plugin installed

if i enter send a test email, it is showing the popup like " An email sent to "XXX.moschip.com"

but mails are not coming perticular mail. As well as if i create any new issue also, email notification not coming to assignee.

can you please help me where i am missing.

one more thing,i am using the outlook 365 for email
