Can I change the "redmine" interface elements with "visual studio" or another system?

For example, for the "task creation form" I want to add "buttons" or additional "tab bar".
Can this be done by analogy with working with "Windows Form"?
I mean drag the button onto the form and add the code for the button.

Hi and welcome to the Redmine community!!!

The short answer to your question is unfortunately... No!

Redmine is based on Ruby on Rails a web app framework based on the programming language Ruby.
It generates the HTML based websites dynamically from templates and functions. So there is no wysiwyg editor for Redmine.

There are many RoR tutorials and videos out there. So perhaps this could be a good starting point for you.
