Creating a new project

Hi!

It is the first time I use readmine, and I want to create a new project. However I don't know how to do it... Can somebody help me?

Hi Marion,

welcome to the Redmine community!

It depends on wheter you have administrator rights or not.
If you are a Redmine administrator, you can go to the admin panel and into the section "projects".
Otherwise you can create a project from the projects overview page but you need the inevitable permissions for that.

All that is described in the user guide under Managing projects, too.

If you have any further questions, don't be afraid to ask.
