How to migrate everything to different server

I have been playing around with redmine on my laptop, trying out different stuff. It looks pretty good and I am starting to build up quite a nice 'system'. Before I go too much further I want to get an understanding of how easy/difficult it is to migrate all my 'laptop sandbox' work to a proper networked server. Ideally I don't want to have to redo all the stuff I have done on my laptop.

Is there a guide on how to do this anywhere?

Just move the code, uploaded files (in files/), and your database. You might need to reconfigure a few things like config/email.yml, config/database.yml, and the Host settings in the Administration panel. I've done it a few times and it's pretty easy.
